What time can I check-in and check-out of the hotel?
You can check-in starting from 3:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM.
What time will the room be available?
If the room is not available upon your early arrival, we will try to prepare it as soon as possible. Alternatively, you have the option to leave your luggage in storage, and we will notify you when the room is ready.
How can I get to the hotel from the airport? Is there a private transfer available?
Cava & Hotel Mastinell is located in Vilafranca del Penedès. It’s just a 10-minute (1 km) walk from the centre of Vilafranca del Penedès, 20 minutes from the neighbouring towns of Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú, 45 minutes from Barcelona, and only 35 minutes from its airport. Thanks to its excellent location, there are very good transport links, making it very easy to reach our hotel.

In our first-floor restaurant, a complete à la carte breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. We offer gluten-free and lactose-free options, and room service is available if you prefer to have breakfast in your room.

No, by law all common areas and rooms of the hotel are non-smoking spaces, but smoking is allowed on the terrace.

No, we are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the hotel.
What is the delivery time for my order?
48 to 72 working hours from the receipt of the order. Orders that arrive on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
I need to receive my order tomorrow, do you offer express service?
Yes. For orders delivered within the peninsula, if the order is placed before 1:00 PM, we can deliver within 24 hours. If the order is placed in the afternoon, we cannot guarantee 24 hours, but we can deliver within 48 hours. Remember, we do not deliver on weekends.

What is the minimum order amount to avoid paying shipping fees?
It’s 60€.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs to the peninsula are a fixed amount of 6€ for orders under 60€. For shipments outside the peninsula, the rate varies depending on the destination.
Are there products with higher shipping costs?
No, only the express service.

If the product is out of stock, you can leave your email address, and we will notify you as soon as it becomes available.
What happens if I have not received the order confirmation email?
First, check if the confirmation email has arrived in the SPAM folder. If you have not received the confirmation email, it may be because you did not enter it correctly when registering. How can I redeem a discount?

How can I request the invoice for my purchases?
During the purchase process, you can request it and enter your tax information. If you forget during the purchase process, you can send us an email with the tax information to info@mastinell.com, and we will send you the invoice as soon as possible.
